If you want to learn more about healthier living, check out my schedule of public wellness talks at Sparrow Naturopathy. I discuss topics such as proper nutrition, how to stay healthy, the best options for exercise, and more. I make sure to provide an upbeat, positive, inspirational, and supportive message for audiences of all ages and at all levels of health. One of my main goals is to establish a relationship with each member of the audience, so I talk about an overall approach to optimal health and improving well-being that won’t feel overwhelming.
Other topics of my public wellness talks may include food intolerances and sensitivities, optimizing digestive health, weight loss and metabolism, and disease prevention. I believe strongly that each individual should create his or her own Wellness Routine that includes sound diet and lifestyle practices in order to achieve and maintain better health.
Another area of focus for public wellness talks includes prenatal health to provide a safe and healthy atmosphere for babies. I enjoy talking to pregnant women in all stages about the importance of good nutrition, exercise, and mental health in promoting a healthy pregnancy. Wellness is a very important topic to me, and is something I believe in very strongly. Past audiences have shared positive feedback with the supportive and caring atmosphere that exists in my discussions.
