In the last couple of months, I have caught myself, more than a few times, feeling like I am either holding my breath or breathing in my throat only, not even as deep as my chest! How many of you are experiencing that, too? Probably most of us. Sometimes, especially in times of increased stress, and even when we have a regular mindful breathing practice, we can still forget to breathe. Taking a moment to pay attention to your breath at repeated times throughout your day can help you feel more present and calmer. Something we can all benefit from.
