Stress Resiliency Workshop
This workshop focuses on simple and effective strategies for managing your body’s response to stress. During the workshop I will lead you through a practice of restorative yoga, breathing exercises and a guided meditation, all intended to help you feel more present, calm and connected. You will be able to practice these techniques at home to improve your relaxation response, which can benefit your overall health and wellbeing.
